Reneabouquets Beautiful Board Moon Fairy Card

I am on a Beautiful Board roll! I seriously love working with this stuff!
Every time I work with a new cut of Beautiful Board, I have a new favorite piece.

This is the Beautiful Board Medium Moon Fairy. She fits perfectly on a 6 inch x 6 inch card.
I left the card simple so that the gorgeous Beautiful Board Medium Moon Fairy would be the main focus.

I used Tim Holtz Oxidized Distress Inks to create a background of colors and then used Distress Ink to make it dark. I added Teal Chunky Glitter Glass and Hot Pink Chunky Glitter Glass for a little bit of texture.

Then I used a white gel pen to add stars to the background.

I am super happy with how this turned out. It's the first time I have ever worked with the Distress Oxide Inks. I have to say I love them!

Thank you so much for stopping by! Have a craftastic day!

Hugs,
                               DT Tina Goodwin

Reneabouquets Beautiful Board Be You Tiful Dress Form Card

Hello Reneabouquets lovers! I am here today with a card using Beautiful Board.

This Beautiful Board Small Wire Dress Form is one of my favorite pieces. I used Reneabouquets Trim - Timeless Vintage Ivory to make a skirt for the Beautiful Board Small Wire Dress Form and tuck behind the image. The waist band and bow are made out of  seam binding and accented with a Beautiful Board Beautiful Bits - Shabby Hearts

I love these Tiny Treasures Dark Teal Glitter Glass Butterflies! They matched the image that I colored perfectly.

The image is Lucy Loo from theeastwind. They have all sorts of gorgeous images! I colored Lucy Loo over a year ago when my sister was in the hospital having a surgery for lung cancer.

The Be You tiful stamp is a clear cling stamp that I had custom made at The Cutting Cafe Shop. I have had a few custom stamps made for me there. They are always awesome quality.

The designer papers used for the card are from the Happy Accident Collection Paper packet that Reneabouqets carries.

Thank you so much for stopping in to visit! Hope we will see you again soon.

Hugs,
                           DT Tina Goodwin

Reneabouquets Beautiful Board Shabby Oval Frame Card

Hello everyone! I have been busy working with Reneabouquets Beautiful Board. Today's card features the Beautiful Board Large Shabby Flower Oval Frame.

To color the Beautiful Board Large Shabby Flower Oval Frame, I used Ranger Clear Emboss It Ink Dauber and embossing for the green leaves and pink flowers. The brown vine is inked with Distress Ink.

The Glass Wing Pink Champagne Dragonflies matches the Cherry Red Glitter Glass and embossing powder perfectly! Reneabouquets Trim Timeless Vintage Ivory Lace is one of my favorites in Renea's shop. I have used it on this card and many others.

The tiny Beautiful Board Beautiful Bits - Shabby Hearts are the perfect Beautiful Board pieces to add to any project.

The beautiful papers are from Reneabouquets. Happy Accident Collection Paper is a gorgeous set of papers. The kind you want to hoard.

Thank you for stopping by to check out my card. Have a craftastic day!
Hugs,

Jasmine From Rubbernecker Stamps

Hello! Hello! Hello! I am popping in with a project for Rubbernecker Stamps. I seriously cannot get enough of these Cartoon Kid Stamps. Today, Jasmine is the image I chose to work with.

Jasmine has a die that can be purchased also. I didn't use Jasmine's Die on this project, because I wanted a different look.

Jasmine is colored with Copic markers.

Skin: E04, E11, E00, E000, E0000, R20
Hair: Y11, Y19
Clothes: R89, R24, R05, C1, C00
Boots: 110, C8, C6

Isn't this a cute Christmas card?!? I am loving the big yellow bow. Yellow is not usually a color that I create with often. I seem to have a thing for it lately, though.

Make sure you stop by the Rubbernecker Blog today to see what the other design team members came up with this week.

Thanks for popping in to visit. See you all again soon!

It's All About Shoes With The Cutting Cafe

It's all about shoes at The Cutting Cafe this week.
I chose to use the Witch Boot Shaped Card for my project. However, I didn't make a card.

It's a 12 inch x 10 inch Witch Boot  wall hanging!

I used my Cricut Explore to cut out the Witch Boot Shaped Card. I used the Witch Boot Shaped Card as a template.

I wanted to make the wall hanging out of thin wood. So as my husband was leaving for his 2 day hunting trip, I told him that I was going to be using his bandsaw while he was gone. He looked at me shook his head and said NNNOOOOO. I said nothing. I only started at him thinking WWWHHHAAAATTTT!!?!?!? Did you just tell me no? You know that I'm going to use it anyway, right? He stopped in his tracks, turned around and went to the bandsaw. "What are you doing?!?! Making it so I can't use it. He says "No, I'm putting the guard down so that when you use it, even though I said no, you won't cut your fingers off." I laughed, walked over to him and gave him a big hug. "You know me so well!"

Ok, back to the Witch Boot . I took the template and traced it onto a piece of thin wood and then cut it out with the bandsaw. Using that bandsaw was a lot harder than I remember! Shhhh! We won't tell the man that!

Now that the hard part was done, I covered the Witch Boot  with cardstock and embellish.

I absolutely love how my Witch Boot turned out!

You'll want to stop by The Cutting Cafe to see what the rest of the DT did with their shoes! If you leave  a comment on that post, you will be entered in a chance to win 3 free Cutting Cafe files of your choice.

Thank you for stopping by today. Have a craftastic weekend!

Reneabouquets Beautiful Board Ballerina Card

More Beautiful Board from Reneabouquets!!! Renea is keeping super busy with Beautiful Board. She is putting new pieces in her shop almost daily. Renea designs these pieces herself! She is a women of many talents, that's forsure!

Ok, on to today's card. I used the Beautiful Board Medium Ballerina Chipboard as my focus. She is very elegant. I wanted to give her skirt a little bit of a different look so I took a tiny bit of the Reneabouquets Trim Tattered Pink Pleated Tulle and made her a tulle skirt. I finished it off with a tulle bow and a tiny Beautiful Board Beautiful Bits - Shabby Hearts. I love how it turned out!

Here's a closer look at this gorgeous Beautiful Board Ballerina

The papers are from the Happy Accident Collection. The entire collection is stunning.

I love the butterflies at Reneabouquets so much. They are all beautiful. I use them on my projects often. The one below is Sweetheart Soft Yellow Butterfly. Even the names of the butterflies are beautiful =)

I don't think you can find such beautiful flowers anywhere else! This Gardinia from the Dark Pink Wild Roses & Gardinia Leaves Flower Set  is beyond beautiful.

The lace underneath the layers of cardstock is Cotton Crochet Lace Cluny Lace. I love the way it just barely peeks out.

Thank you all so much coming to take a look at my project. I hope you have a great weekend.
Hugs,
        Tina

Fern From Rubbernecker Stamps

Good morning and happy Monday! Today I am sharing a project for Rubbernecker Stamps

I used the adorable Fern Cartoon Kid stamp for today's project. I cannot get enough of these sassy girl stamps! I love their clothes. This is the first time I colored ruffles where I actually thought they looked like ruffles.
I absolutely LOVE the paper that I used for Fern's background. It's from BoBunny's Petal Lane paper line. It's totally made me fall in love with the color yellow (for now. I go through phases). So be prepared to see some cards with yellow! Yellow is really not a color that I create with a lot. It's kinda fun to experiment with a new color.

I used Fern's Die Cut to cut her out and placed her on a Spellbinders Lacey Ovals Nestabilities die cut.
The adorable pink butterfly was made by my Great Aunt. She made me a bunch of them in different colors. The process she uses is called Tatting. I had never heard of Tatting until she started doing it. It's really neat to sit and watch her. She told me that her Mom used to do Tatting when she was a kid.

I colored Fern with Copic markers. I love her red hair! I colored her clothes in pink and black to match the BoBunny paper. I find it easier to pick papers out and then color an image to match the papers instead of vice versa.

Thank you so much for stopping by today. Stop by the Rubbernecker Stamps store to check out all their stamps. They have some great stamps to create scenery with and also some hilarious sentiments!

You can also check out the Rubbernecker Blog here. Rubbernecker Stamps has challenges for you to enter your projects in.

Copic markers used

Hair: E09, YR14, Y19

Reneabouquets Baby Boy Beautiful Board Card

Good morning! I'm back with another project showcasing Reneabouquets Beautiful Board

I colored the Beautiful Board Ivy Vine Flourish Chipboard with Tim Holtz distress inks. I did not Gesso them before hand. I just applied the ink straight to the Beautiful Board. I love the fact that the Beautiful Board does not need have Gesso on it to color beautifully.

I found this sweet image on Etsy. When I saw it I knew I wanted to use it in one of my Reneabouquets DT assignments. The items that Reneabouquets makes and carry make a project extra special.

Like these gorgeous flowers from the Blue & White Roses & Leaves Mulberry Paper Set. Or this beautiful Tiny Treasures Tiny Dancer Beauty Butterfly that Renea handmakes.

The Glitter Glass is another item that I use A LOT on my projects. I love the added texture and sparkle. For this project, I used the 2 Ounce Teal Chunky Glitter Glass.

Oh! I almost forgot. The paper I used is also from Reneabouquets . It comes in the Happy Accident Collection Paper. The entire collection is scrumdiddllyumptious!

Thank you so much for stopping by to visit. See you all again real soon!
Hugs,

Reneabouquets Beautiful Board Carousel Horse Card

Hello everyone! Have you seen the new Reneabouquets Beautiful Board pieces?!? If not you HAVE to go take a look! It's like chipboard pieces only 100x better. You can use Beautiful Board pieces as is or use distress inks or paint them. Here's the super cool part about the Beautiful Board pieces...YOU DON'T HAVE TO GESSO before painting or distressing. Renea has created a project that makes our lives easier as crafters. She has totally eliminated at least 2 steps. The Gessoing and the and the dry time that comes before adding the desired medium.

Here is my first project using a Beautiful Board piece. This is the gorgeous Beautiful Board Medium Carousel Horse.

Did you catch the size there?!?! Medium. Renea has different sizes of the Carousel Horse and all the other Beautiful Board cuts. She is making sure that she has there is Beautiful Board pieces that every crafter can use.

I'm not sure if you can tell, but I totally fell in love with the Beautiful Board pieces when I saw them. When they arrived in my mail I fell even more in love. Renea had been telling me about the Beautiful Board, but in my mind I was thinking chipboard. Beautiful Board is soooo much better than chipboard! Once you have your hands on some Beautiful Board, you will know exactly what I am talking about.

On my card there is also Beautiful Board Bits - Shabby Hearts. These come in a little jar with different sized hearts in it.

I made the card out of vintage style cardstock. The cardstock packet is called Happy Accident Collection and comes with 20 double sided papers. This paper packet is GORGEOUS!!!

The lace I used is also from Reneabouquets. It is called Reneabouquets Trim Petite Flower Lace. I love the texture that it gives to my card.

The last item I used from Reneabouquets is the beautiful Pink Lemonade Curly Roses Mulberry Paper Flowers. I love how realistic they look. These flowers are a nice touch for any project.

Thank you so much for stopping by to visit today. I really encourage you to go and check out the Beautiful Board at Reneabouquets if you haven't already.

Have a craftastic day!

Hugs,

Good morning! It's time for some Rubbernecker Stamps inspiration! I am loving these Sweet Sunday Team Inspiration posts on the Rubbernecker Stamps Blog. Not only are the stamps awesome, the DT is crazy talented!

The card I made for today's Sweet Sunday post is made with a stamp named Daisy. I had to get this stamp. Of course she's adorable, but I couldn't pass up a stamp named Daisy because Daisy  is my sisters name!

Anywhoo...meet Daisy !

She is super cute and full of sass!

I colored Daisy with Copic Markers.

Markers used in order of usage...
Skin: E0000, E04, E11, E00, E000, E0000
Hair: Y19, Y11

Now on to the hilarious Rubbernecker sentiment stamp. This one is called You're So Fabulous

When I saw You're So Fabulous in the Rubbernecker shop, I could not stop laughing. I had to have it! I think it was a good fit for little miss Sassy Daisy .

If you love the Daisy stamp from Rubbernecker Stamps, I'm sure that you will love the Daisy Die Cut. You can buy Daisy 's Die Cut separately on the Rubbernecker Site

The Cutting Cafe September 2017 Blog Hop and Give Aways!

Welcome to The Cutting Cafe’s blog hop! Today we are doing something a bit different...each of the ladies on the team are giving away the very Cutting Cafe set(s) that we used to create our projects. I was so excited when Regina told us we were doing a blog hop. I have been blogging for a little over three years and have never done a blog hop.
You should of came from Maria Luisa's blog. Isn't her Witch Boot Shapped Card the cutest?!? If you got a little lost along the way, don't fret! I have a blog hop line up at the end of this post =) Be sure to visit each blog for a chance to win!
For my project, I used the A Bunch Of Monsters Printable Stamp Set.
I printed off four of these super adorable monsters on kraft paper and colored them with Prisma Colored pencils.
I am seriously in love with these little monsters! My daughter told me they look like her "doodle" monster (a stuffy that I made for her from a picture that she drew). I could totally see these cuties made into stuffies!
I was thinking about Halloween cards when I chose the A Bunch Of Monsters Printable Stamp Set. However, you could use the A Bunch Of Monsters Printable Stamp Set for any occasion. The set even comes with monsterlicious sentiments!
I used mostly scraps to make these cards. You know it makes a girl happy to use up some scraps that she's been hoarding!
Let's take a closer look at the A Bunch Of Monsters Printable Stamp Set. It comes with 9 different monsters in 3 different sizes.
The A Bunch Of Monsters Printable Stamp Set also comes with 10 sentiments. The sentiments come in straight form or in circle form.
If you'd like a chance at winning the A Bunch Of Monsters Printable Stamp Set, leave a comment here on my blog post. I will be choosing a winner at random on Saturday September 9th 2017. (Open for U.S and International Craft friends)
I also have a fun craft package to give away to one lucky U.S.A resident.
If you would like to win these crafting goodies (and are a U.S. resident), please leave a comment here on this blog post and follow my blog. I will be drawing a winner at random on Friday, September 8th.
Thank you so much for stopping by to visit. Up next, please visit my DT sista Regina Cooper Bailey. She has a fun project and Cutting Cafe set for you to win!
